Fresh, modern Scandinavian food, a stylish environment with great menus of three, four, five courses (your choice), with fish and seafood as the main ingredients. We chose four courses because we didn’t like whales... each dish was delicious and the service was good. I love that they use locally picked ingredients to enhance the taste of the dishes, each of which is explained in detail by the waiter. For a Michelin star restaurant, being able to walk in without booking 6 months in advance is a pleasure for a person from the UK. Yes, it is expensive but worth it
